  1. --------------Nature MeetUp III ---------------

  2. This time, I, MrCheesGuy (MrC), will present this article to you. We are interviewing Kristzie and learning about what her life is like.

This magazine is made possible by Emerald Enterprises, sponsors of the magazine NatureMeetUp, and Breweries Krisztie. Shops: or-sp-07 Repair Center, or-c021.

  3. MrC: How are you doing today, Kristzie?
Kristzie: I'm doing fine, fine! I am very content right now with my plots. I could make some friends on the server too, so I never get bored. My business is also doing well. I recently opened a flower and gift shop and a repair center as well.
    MrC: What kinds of plots?
Kristzie: Well, let’s see... I have two residential plots in Reveille—one is in Reveille Heights, and the other is a regular R plot.

MrC: Two plots seem nice. What do you do with them?
Kristzie: Oh, I also have a factory still in Reveille, plus two shops in Oakridge. I'm renting out two food trucks there as well. I also have one shop in Aventura. I use my residential plots for chilling and for storing stuff. I do some work while I'm already there.
MrC: Explain how your businesses work.
Kristzie: I mainly use chest shops—chest shops for art things, food, plushies, or other stuff. I also repair anything; they just have to mail/message me, or I have a drop-off point at my shop.
MrC: Are the shops your main income?

Kristzie: Yes, I guess so. I have sales every day; I can't complain. Oh, I also forgot about my detective job. It also pays very well. I earn about $100 per case solved. I really love this job. My other job is fishing.
  1. MrC: Like drinks? Go buy them from the Nature MeetUp Brewery! Everyone likes it, even our guests. I will let you taste some of my brews. Do you like it, Kristzie?
  2. Kristzie: It's so good and refreshing!
  3. MrC: What is your advice for the beginners out there?
Kristzie: I definitely recommend them to start voting for the server for some quick cash, and start renting a place to live. The same goes for opening a shop. It could also be a good start to try applying for grants. Grants can help a lot in starting a business. And don't forget to go to the university and get a job, then you’ll have a little passive income while you explore this beautiful city.
MrC: We thank you for being here.
Kristzie: I am honored to be here. Goodbye!
  4. MrC: So beginners this is one for you guys take the advice and use it in your own way and don't feel obligated to follow this advice you play your own way!

  1. I love it. But I don’t like how he puts a ad inside the magazine instead of at the end :(

On The Grants for The Emerald Times

On the Grants - Siti I'm Siti (IGN Sietie_), and I just spent the last eight hours of my life recording and organizing every grant the Department of Commerce has ever issued to businesses on the forums. Some of what I found surprised me, and some didn't. If you've ever asked any of the following: "Which business ideas get the most government money?" "Which businesses most reliably garner government money?" "How much does the DoC spend on grants?" "Will my grant proposal be met with fat stacks of cash or heart-wrenching, devastating rejection?" then this article is for you. Every grant proposal requesting to fund the establishment or development of a restaurant was accepted. There are four such documented requests publicly available from late 2023 and spread throughout 2024. The lowest amount of $DC awarded in one of those grants was 5k and the highest was 15k. Real Estate grant requests are among  the more numerous of t...
